Public Connection - XR3

This is a basic connection license which grants the ability to connect to the Stack Chain Central Node API provided you follow the Official API Licensure guideline. All guidelines pertaining to this license applies best to a guest person/script/NPC attempting to access services from Stack Chain without the purpose of setting up a HUMAN controlled account such as an SDK/Library/API/Bot/etc. This type of account or accounts of this type should access most if not all of the Stack Chain Central Node Sevices programmatically or in a systemic decentralized way.
